The Fond du Lac Blades Synchronized Skating Team, also known as Blades Synchro, is a multi-generational program that has been around for decades. The program offers skaters of all ages and abilities the opportunity to learn synchronized skating while developing teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship skills. The team has competed locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally, and has represented the United States in competitions around the world.

The Blades have multiple teams, including the Intermediate team, which is the most decorated division in the club's history. The Intermediate team has won five National Championships and nine Midwestern Championships, as well as several other medals. In 2019, the Blades competed in the Zagreb Snowflake Trophy in Croatia, where they won a bronze medal and placed third overall.
